Through two divisions—Dean Training Institute and Inspired Achievers Academy—we offer practical training, credentialing support, and family services rooted in real‑world experience.

Our History
Inspired Courses grew out of Tonya Dean’s years of experience in early childhood education—as a Head Start teacher, Infant/Toddler Specialist, and consultant. After seeing both the potential and the gaps in training and family support, she created this organization to provide high‑quality, accessible services under one roof.
Today, Inspired Courses serves educators and families across Texas, with a focus on practical skills, compassionate support, and lasting results.
