Dean Training Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

What Happens If We Cancel a Course

If we cancel a course:

• You will be notified as soon as a decision is made, typically no later than [number] days before the scheduled start date

• You will receive a full refund of all course fees paid

• OR you may choose to transfer your registration to a future offering of the same course

What Happens If We Reschedule a Course

If we reschedule a course:

• You will be notified of the new date(s) as soon as possible

• If the new date does not work for you, you may request a full refund or transfer to another course date

• Refund requests due to rescheduling must be submitted in writing within [number] days of receiving the reschedule notice

Student Cancellation / Withdrawal

If you need to cancel your own registration:

• Full refund is available if you cancel in writing at least [number] days before the course start date

• Cancellations made after that date may be eligible for a transfer to a future course date or a credit toward another course, subject to [Your Business Name] discretion

• No-shows are not eligible for refund or transfer
