Speak directly with your instructor, Tonya Dean, to discuss your concern. Most issues can be resolved through open communication. You may reach out by phone (832‑304‑4007) or email (tonya@inspiredcourses.org).
If the issue is not resolved informally, submit a written grievance to:

Your written grievance should include:
Your name and contact information
A clear description of the concern
Any steps already taken to resolve the issue
The desired outcome
The instructor will review the grievance and respond in writing within 10 business days. If additional time is needed, you will be notified.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may file a complaint with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) Career Schools and Colleges program:
