Dean Training Institute – Grievance Procedure

At Dean Training Institute, we are committed to providing a positive and supportive learning environment. If you have a concern or complaint, we encourage you to follow this procedure.

Step 1: Informal Discussion

Speak directly with your instructor, Tonya Dean, to discuss your concern. Most issues can be resolved through open communication. You may reach out by phone (832‑304‑4007) or email (tonya@inspiredcourses.org).

Step 2: Written Grievance

If the issue is not resolved informally, submit a written grievance to:

Your written grievance should include:

• Your name and contact information

• A clear description of the concern

• Any steps already taken to resolve the issue

• The desired outcome

Step 3: Review and Response

The instructor will review the grievance and respond in writing within 10 business days. If additional time is needed, you will be notified.

Step 4: Escalation to Texas Workforce Commission

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may file a complaint with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) Career Schools and Colleges program:
