Refund Policy

At Dean Educational Consultant GEMS, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality training. The following refund policy complies with Texas Education Code §132.003.

Full Refund Before Course Start

Students may request a full refund of all fees paid if the request is submitted in writing before the course start date.

Instructor Change Refund

If the instructor or their qualifications differ from what was advertised, students may request a full refund prior to the course start date.

Satisfaction Refund

Students who complete at least:

• 8 hours of training OR

• 50% of the course

may request a refund if dissatisfied.

To qualify:

• Submit request within 14 days after course completion

• Provide written explanation

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving the request.
