Dean Training Institute is the professional development arm of Inspired Courses, dedicated to helping early childhood educators earn their Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and advance their careers.
Led by Tonya Dean, a Level 1 TECPDS Trainer and CDA Professional Development Specialist, we provide high‑quality, accessible training that meets the real‑world needs of teachers and childcare programs. Our 120‑hour CDA preparation course is built around the eight CDA subject areas, with a focus on practical skills, reflective practice, and the confidence to succeed.
